Preparing for Postpartum Online Class

A foundation of knowledge, resources, and support to prepare you for the fourth trimester.

This class is a deep dive into all things postpartum, a special offering comprised from my own personal experience and what I have learned from my many years in the birth world. We’ll gather virtually on Zoom for two hours to explore vital recovery topics and create a safe, judgment-free space for you to ask any questions that have been lingering. Whether you’re seeking practical advice or just need to be heard, this time together is for you.

We’ll walk through how to prep your kitchen for success, explore nourishing approaches to postpartum eating, physical practices to support your bodies new rhythm, and share a wealth of recipe resources to get you started.

Emotional Wellness in Relationships

This session focuses on nurturing your relationships both before and after birth. We’ll explore how to set gentle boundaries with visitors, navigate partner communication and sleep shifts, and balance the mental load. You’ll also learn strategies for intentional relationship maintenance post-birth, including a guided exercise designed for you and your partner to complete together, helping you address any concerns before the postpartum period begins.

We’ll walk through care supplies for perineal or C-section healing, pelvic floor therapy options, breastfeeding timelines, and most importantly, how to spot early warning signs. Leave feeling prepared and supported,  knowing how to respond when something doesn’t feel right (whether it’s a physical symptom or an emotional concern). Because some things can’t wait, we give this topic the dedicated attention it deserves.
